My goal is to help you stay active, strong, and confident at every stage of life. With a positive, energetic spirit, I aim to motivate and inspire. My personal training philosophy is rooted in the Latin phrase “Mens sana in corpore sano” — a sound mind in a sound body. I’ve lived by this mindset throughout my life and truly believe that mental and physical well-being are equally essential in becoming a strong, well-rounded individual. I work with a wide range of clients, from collegiate athletes to senior citizens, and I specialize in both weight loss and sport-specific training. Whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, build strength, or increase overall wellness, I’m here to guide you with a science-based approach and proven motivational techniques. In addition to personal training, I lead Karate classes and offer private martial arts instruction here at HealthTrack. I’m passionate about helping others unlock their potential, no matter where they’re starting from. When I’m not training clients, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

My training philosophy is all about feeling good in your body. I believe in approaching fitness with self-love and body acceptance—no matter where you’re starting from. We all begin somewhere, and showing up for yourself is already a win. Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—from swimming and synchronized swimming to Kung Fu, which I discovered while recovering from anorexia. That experience shifted my focus from how my body looked to what it could do, and it inspired the work I do today. As a personal trainer, I blend strength, functional movement, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Aerial Yoga to create a supportive, mindful, and empowering experience. My goal is to help you reach your goals in a fun and conscious way. Together, we can do great things!

Tyler Clifford

I’ve been passionate about exercise ever since my first weight training class in high school. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in fitness, leading me to self-study exercise science and various training modalities. In 2017, I earned my NASM certification, which deepened my commitment to helping others improve their health and longevity. My passion for quality of life and movement led me to pursue advanced study in Human Biomechanics through Functional Patterns. There, I developed a strong understanding of how the body is designed to move through space and apply force effectively. In my training sessions, I focus on mastering foundational movement patterns—breathing, standing, walking, running, and throwing. These serve as the blueprint for improving posture, enhancing control, and unlocking greater physical potential. I don’t just explain why change is important—I focus on the practical “how” that makes transformation sustainable. To keep my programs dynamic and effective, I incorporate a wide range of techniques and equipment, including TRX, kettlebells, cable systems, and feedback bands. I aim to make every session purposeful and progressive. Outside of training, I’m a proud girl-dad of two and enjoy performing stand-up comedy at local open mics.
