• B.S. in Parks & Recreation Administration – University of Illinois • ACE Certified Personal Trainer • ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor • Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor • TRX Trained Instructor • AHA CPR/AED Certified |
I’ve been part of the HealthTrack team since 2010, and as a mom of four, I understand busy! I also know that carving out time for a daily workout can lead to a healthier, happier version of yourself — and it sets a powerful example for your children. I believe fitness should start young and continue throughout life — and it’s never too late to begin. My philosophy is simple: If you stop moving, you stop moving! My goal is to help you stay active, strong, and confident at every stage of life. With a positive, energetic spirit, I aim to motivate and inspire. I’ll work with you to create a personalized fitness plan that’s fun, functional, and designed to help you reach your goals.

Chris Schoebel |
• B.S. in Biology – Benedictine University • NASM Certified Personal Trainer • AHA CPR/AED Certified |
My personal training philosophy is rooted in the Latin phrase “Mens sana in corpore sano” — a sound mind in a sound body. I’ve lived by this mindset throughout my life and truly believe that mental and physical well-being are equally essential in becoming a strong, well-rounded individual. I work with a wide range of clients, from collegiate athletes to senior citizens, and I specialize in both weight loss and sport-specific training. Whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, build strength, or increase overall wellness, I’m here to guide you with a science-based approach and proven motivational techniques. In addition to personal training, I lead Karate classes and offer private martial arts instruction here at HealthTrack. I’m passionate about helping others unlock their potential, no matter where they’re starting from. When I’m not training clients, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends. |

| Anne Vilimek | • M.S. in Education – Northern Illinois University • W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer • AHA CPR/AED Certified |
My personal training philosophy is inspired by a sailing belief: the joy is in the journey, not the destination. I see fitness as the key to navigating this lifelong journey with strength, energy, confidence, and joy. No matter your age or starting point, you can choose to improve your health, build strength, and boost your self-esteem. As your trainer, I’ll work with you as a partner to design a personalized plan that combines exercise and nutrition to keep you motivated and challenged. My goal is to help you not only look fantastic but feel fantastic, too. With a background in education, I connect well with clients of all ages — I specialize in weight loss, strength training, flexibility, and helping you tap into your own motivation. Outside the gym, I enjoy sailing, cycling, travel and home remodeling — activities that keep me active, curious, and always learning.
| Kristel Sinico | • B.S. in Education • ACE Certified Personal Trainer • Madd Dog Athletics Certified Spin Instructor • AHA CPR/AED Certified |
My fitness philosophy is simple: If you want to change yourself, you have to challenge yourself. Real growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone, try new things, and stay positive through the process. I’ve lived by this approach and used it to transform my own body into a stronger, lighter, and healthier version of me — and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Because I’ve been on this journey myself, I can truly relate to what my clients are going through. I bring guidance, motivation, and a positive mindset to every session, helping you stay focused and inspired every step of the way. I specialize in strength training, cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, and overall motivation. — I love keeping people moving! |

| Dawn Bozza | • NASM Certified Personal Trainer • NASM Senior Fitness Specialist • NASM Youth Exercise Specialist • Exercise for Parkinson’s Training • AHA CPR/AED Certified |
As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, I create customized programs that include cardiovascular, mobility, core, and strength training—designed around each client’s unique fitness goals. I truly believe that fitness has a place in everyone’s life, but I also know it’s never a one-size-fits-all journey. As a mom of four boys, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others find realistic, sustainable ways to prioritize their health and well-being. I love working with a wide range of clients—from youth to seniors—and supporting each person’s individual path to better movement, strength, and confidence. Helping you feel stronger, more capable, and energized in your everyday life is what drives me. Your goals become my goals, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. |

| Milena Deneno | • NASM Certified Personal Trainer • Yoga Teacher Training • Aerial Yoga Teacher Training • Yoga for Eating Disorders • Fascia Stretching |
My training philosophy is all about feeling good in your body. I believe in approaching fitness with self-love and body acceptance—no matter where you’re starting from. We all begin somewhere, and showing up for yourself is already a win. Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—from swimming and synchronized swimming to Kung Fu, which I discovered while recovering from anorexia. That experience shifted my focus from how my body looked to what it could do, and it inspired the work I do today. As a personal trainer, I blend strength, functional movement, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Aerial Yoga to create a supportive, mindful, and empowering experience. My goal is to help you reach your goals in a fun and conscious way. Together, we can do great things!

I’m a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer and a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 12 years of experience working with adults. I bring a unique perspective to personal training, combining my clinical background with fitness expertise to help clients improve core strength, endurance, and functional movement through a variety of training methods. I focus on proper form and efficient techniques to ensure safe, effective workouts. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping clients build body awareness and confidence — watching them reach their full potential is what drives me. I love sharing the physical and mental benefits of a great workout and celebrating every success, big or small. |
