My personal training philosophy is “you are the biggest critique, prove yourself wrong” and “the body can do anything physically, don’t let the mind say otherwise.” I specialize in strength training, sport specific training, group fitness and youth training (6-12 years old). I have experience with Power athletics and have been a speed and agility coach. In my free time, I enjoy baseball, football and basketball.
