My personal Training Philosophy is “dedication, commitment and creativity.”  As a nationally ranked Racquetball player I have learned the value of staying strong, fit and flexible as a way of to remain injury free and increase longevity in my sport.  I believe everyday is an investment. My specializations are in strength and conditioning, speed and agility, flexibility, and core stabilization. I have additional experience in nutrition and rehabilitation and also specialize in injury prevention.  My athletic experience is racquetball and I hold 7 National titles and am a 3 time World Champion. My personal interests include learning new sports, tennis, animals and working with youth.
